Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days. For details, see processing time displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time

• All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
• North America: estimated 3-10 days
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping Address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
• The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
• If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Halted is not responsible for delays due to customs.
