Processing Time
- The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days. For details, see processing time displayed at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Time
- All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
- North America: estimated 3-10 days
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Shipping Address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
- The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
- If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to limited inventory.
- If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@shophalted.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
